Visualization of the movement of filamentous structure (Uros):
such as microtubule sliding in in vitro motility assay. What would be the best way to smash 2D+time sequence to 2D, to represent the movement?

T-projection -> not effective. leaves only trace, so the movement is not represented.
time-wise image subtraction + slice removal + T-projection might work.
