Requires
ImageJ ver 1.34j or higher (ImageJ, upgrade page), or Fiji.
Installation & Updating
Download the plugin EMBL_sampleimages.jar and place it in the plugin folder of ImageJ (or Fiji).
You could also add cmci plugin site (http://cmci.embl.de/ijplugins/) to your Fiji updator. This then allows you to not only install using the GUI, but also to update/upgrade the plugins semi-automatically when the plugin is updated. See the detailed instruction for how to do this.
Description
This plugin adds a new menu “EMBL” in the menu bar, and from there one could load and open sample images used for the CMCI image processing and analysis courses.
