ImageJ ver 1.34j or higher (ImageJ, upgrade page), or Fiji.

Download the plugin CourseModules_.jar and place it in the plugin folder of ImageJ (or Fiji).

This plugin adds a new menu “CMCI course” under plugin menu, and from there one could use various functions for learning image processing algorithms. A collection of plugins available from the following site:
